Good to read some more from the GREAT ONE.
Thanks as always.

There is obviously fertile ground for fan fiction in the way DH ends. I wonder if she did it with that in mind? I can't think of anybody I would rather see fill in the blanks. This seems like a promising start. Thanks for writing. W.

Good little ditty, you definitely still got it...I remember seems like yesterday or was that yesteryear that I was reading letters from summer and the sequel but then again...

My only question: Would Harry and Ginny have spent this much time on the day after Fred's death, without even acknowledging it?

Glad to see you're writing again!

I doubt if Ginny was ever this gentle, docile, or even understanding, but it was still a sweet story

Kokopelli replied:

Ginny's docility here is a function of grief and exhaustion - she came back to Gryffindor tower to get away from the mourning of the rest of her family - and as Ginny was Harry's great comfort, so he too is hers.   Not the way I'd portray them, but this was my canon exercise.

Nice. And a better way to ease into the epilogue then what Rowling gave us :)

What a satisfying read. Every character was true to canon. Well done!

This was really good. I like this version of the Harry-and-Ginny-get-back-together stories! It has the ring of truth to it. Thanks for writing. This one is a keeper! pms

If there had been a chapter like this between the final battle and the epilogue, i might not have disliked DH so much.

Kokopelli replied:

DH had issues - like failing to play fair with the reader, plot holes, etc.   That being said, JKR is a billionaire, and I have to go to work tomorrow because I am not.

Would it have been so hard for Rowling to give everyone a scene like this?

Thanks for writing,
Matt
