"resistance is futile, you will reproduce" Good thing I wasn't drinking anything at the time!

Do we get to see Harry channeling Lilly revenge on the Dursley's?

Interesting concept. Looking forward to more (as I do all your stories). Will we get information on why life threatening situations now, versus all the others? Thanks so much for sharing your talents with us (BTW - I put my tomatoes in last week).

Interesting story; quite a different twist on the "Lily's not quite dead, actually" theme that's been showing up of late.

And thank you so very much for using the correct plural! I've been wishing sometime now for a nice crusty old Latin master (or mistress) to deal JKR a good (figurative) skelp with a copy of Wheelock's . And I've long known Hermione would get it right. ;-)

Great first chapter; I love the premise of this story. As another reviewer has pointed out, the implications of a merger are rather ... interesting to contemplate. I tend to be afraid of these sorts of stories just because so many of them get rather squicky for my tastes without warning, but I have faith that yours won't cause trouble in that regard. :-)

One thing - it's "ad nauseam", not "ad nauseum".

Could you also fix the canon problem with patronuses?
Thank you.

I love this premiss. And, given that he is a teen-aged boy, Harry seems accepting of the weirdness of having his Mum dream about nursing him. Your Lily is a blast. I like her calling Remus John- RJ.

'Resistance is futile". LOL!

A very intriguing concept -- I've seen a number of James in/with Harry stories, but Lily in/with Harry should be quite a twist. A merger is likely to cause any number of problems, though.

Looking forward to seeing where you take this story.

Fun idea! However, I have to admit that I hope it turns into a longer story than just two or three chapters! Of course, if it does, I'll be left pining for more chapters over a longer period of time. But I'm willing to wait! Please update soon!

You are correct about the use of "c" instead of "x" in plural, but Rowling chose different. So, most likely, you'll find the next book talking about "Horcruxes" with an "X". Truth be told, while incorrect, the use of an "x" has a much better sound to it. "Horcruces" doesn't sound that scary, does it? *amused* Anyway, you can read about this at her homepage I think. She explained it there. I hope you'll update soon - I really liked this chapter.

Have you ever thought that maybe the spelling would be different than your mexican town spelling. Obviously if it is spelled a certain way in the book than that is right and as always a magical word might not have the same spelling as regular muggle words

This bunny is very familiar. Is it one of the various bunnies that got bandied about on the group?

At any rate, so far, so good.

Well, this is a different Lily comes back story, and I will be interested in what you do to make things go more and more, as well as how others might react to Harry/Lily, like if she were to meet Snape of Peter sometime. Looking good here.

That is an interesting start to confronting a classic dilemma, 2 minds, 2 sexes, one body.

Combine that with parent, but now very close to the same age - an oedipus problem perhaps??

Looking forward to some more of your always excellent story telling.

warmest regards

I like this. It's an interesting and original version of the "Harry is a horcrux" theory. I'm looking forward to the rest of it!

This is an interesting story. I like it that Lily is still around for Harry...and interesting plot point.

I look forward to the next chapter.
