HA HA HA! That's so evil! I never would have expected that one, although I'm sure her punishment for doing that was going to be painful (or humiliating).

I think I have to echo Arte Johnson... Very Interesting. -grin- I've been enjoying these views of Harry & Sam. Nice, sweet, and quite entertaining. Keep up the great work.

lol. Cool piece :D I can't wait for the reaction of the other Veela females.

By the way, do you authors have to manually/explicitly tick a box to get e-mail notifications sent out when you upload a story to ffa.net? 'Cause I don't think I got an e-mail for this.

See, this is why I can't take the deadly Veela influence over men as serious justification for Ron's threatening Sam's life earlier! It's always been presented as simple experimentation by teenage girls. Lucky the Delacours are such *good* Veela (I guess it's not for nothing you or Tim had Sammy reprimanded by her Veela relatives). The wizarding world must be full of seedier examples of Veela manipulating men's baser desires for personal game; I wonder if they're related to the sucuubus?

Fun drabble!

Ohhh, man. There're going to be repercussions from this one.

As I said on your LJ, I can't wait to see the follow-up to this. Though, if Daphne wasn't aware of just how powerful anger-boosted Veela power are, that might be a mitigating circumstance, but the follow-up is still going to be "interesting". Too, I'd like to know why Morgana disapperaed in a puff of smoke; that doens't exactly sound normal, either.

A very good read, though. Thanks.

Now you have done it! You HAVE to continue this and SOON! You can not leave us hanging after so interesting ending to this part.

That was great! I love the difference in Daphne compared to the rest of the veela. I am looking forward to seeing the next installment, continuing this thread.

Thank you for writing.

Mike.

P.S. Minor correction:

"That’s different! Mum was never a blood relation to dad and you know it!" Daphne said, trying to think of a way to get away from Daphne without seeming overly rude.

Should be: "get away from Morgana"

Kokopelli replied:

Who said that there's a drabble after this?

Thanks - I've fixed the nit.

Well, that was unexpected. Kind of strange to read a story where basically everyone is an OC.

Nice job on the cattiness of Morgana, though it isn't fair having her able to apparate like that.

best,
...art

Kokopelli replied:

Like House Elves, Veela have their own unique version of Apparation - which involves the pink smoke. Fleur never learned how, so she does it the human way.

Ab fab! I do see one hiccup - "Daphne said, trying to think of a way to get away from Daphne" but I think this is a great ficlet and a nice continuation of a terrific story. Thanks!!

BA HA HA! I appreciate the story. I went through enough evil family reunions to appreciate the show-off here. Great job.

""That’s different! Mum was never a blood relation to dad and you know it!" Daphne said, trying to think of a way to get away from Daphne without seeming overly rude."

I'm assuming you meant "to get away from Morgana"

very nice - especially when she will have to confess to Daddy what and why she did it.

Thanks for a great series.

Kokopelli replied:

Dad's not the one she has to worry about - she knows that mum will have her head, which is why she's trying to get to dad first.

So---Harry and Samantha's daughter is a super Veela! That figures! At least she knows she needs to talk to "DAD"! Great Drabble. Thanks for writing. I love these little insights. They are fun. Thank you for writing them.
Here are my initials! (Yes these are my aactual initials.) Enjoy! pms

Wonderful, though I'd think we'd need a follow-up to this one now :)
